Booking Policy and Bridal Registry Information

 Bookings are accepted on a first come, first served basis with a desposit of $175 which reserves the date exclusively for your event and guarantees the current price of coverage.

The details of your desired coverage package should be finalized two months prior to the event (or earlier if possible).  However, we are completely open and adaptable to short notice on coverage needs within your event(s).

One third of the package balance is due with authorization of the Production Agreement.

The remaing contract balance is due no less than two weeks prior to the event, unless a client is a participant in our Bridal Registry program.

Booking fees ($175) are retained as a cancellation fee IF notice (in writing) occurs less than three months prior to the event date.  The booking deposit and any payments made against the contract balance may be applicable to a rescheduled date (IF we can accomodate - and we try in all cases), but are refundable in full ONLY IF the original event date is rebooked by another client for another event.

Lindstrom House reserves exclusive rights to video direction and production of the event, INCLUDING ALL DUPLICATION of Video Albums to protect the creative interests of LH and to insure the highest possible video quality for our clients.  All original video tapes and finished Master remain the exclusive property of Lindstrom House unless agreed otherwise by specific, written contract.

No longer is selecting a Bridal Gift Registry limited to department stores, specialty shops, gift boutiques or kitchen stores.

Now you can include Lindstrom House Productions Bridal Registry for your Masterpiece Video.

Your friends or extended family members who want to give you the most cherished gift can call Lindstrom House to arrange for a beautifully printed certificate to present as their wedding gift to you!  One thing is certain... this is a gift that will never have to be returned!

This service was originated in the Mid-Ohio Valley by Lindstrom House Video Productions.  Here's how it works:

        You pay only 55% of the cost for your video package prior to your wedding day.
        One month after the wedding, you bring the Masterpiece Gift Certificates you received,
        and we credit them toward the remaining cost of your Masterpiece Video package.

Here's the surprise:

        Any overpayment in certificates, we will cheerfully refund to you - IN CASH!!!

Now a word about wedding etiquette:

The proper way of informing friends and quests about your selected bridal registry is to ask that your bridesmaids, mothers and relatives spread the word.  We will gladly provide business-card-style information cards which bear the Bride's and Groom's names along with their Registry ID and our address and contact information.

It is also proper to include the phrase "Registered at ________________" with your shower invitations, and any general communication regarding your wedding other than the wedding invitation.

It is NEVER proper to include registry information in, or with your wedding invitation.
